• Pricing & Availability: Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors or cancel orders affected by errors (you’ll receive a refund if charged).
• Taxes & Fees: You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, VAT, duties, or other taxes/fees.
• Payment Methods: We accept major cards and other payment options presented at checkout. By submitting a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the full order total.

Please review our Returns Policy for eligibility, timelines, and instructions. Because our products are smell-proof and used in varied contexts, used items may not be eligible for resale. Manufacturing defects (e.g., locks/zippers) are handled per the policy.

If you enroll in a subscription, the terms displayed at signup apply (frequency, price, benefits). Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You authorize recurring charges to your saved payment method until you cancel.

• Managing: You can modify or cancel per the instructions in your account or confirmation emails.
• Billing: Recurring charges occur on the stated schedule; changes to price will be communicated in advance where required.
• Skips/Pauses: Where offered, must be done before the next billing date.

• Promotions are time-limited and subject to their own terms. Unless stated, discounts cannot be stacked and exclude taxes, shipping, and gift cards.
• We may cancel or refuse promotional orders for abuse, fraud, or error.
• Gift cards (if offered) are non-refundable except as required by law and are not reloadable or redeemable for cash.

The marks PHAEVERS® and PHVRS® are registered trademarks with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). All other names, slogans, product titles, and logos appearing on the Site are the property of PHAEVERS or their respective owners and may not be used without express written permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, display, or use any part of the Site, including images and text, without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of PHAEVERS® or PHVRS® trademarks or branding is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

• Do not misuse the Site (e.g., hack, scrape without permission, upload malware, or interfere with operations).
• Do not infringe any third-party rights or violate applicable laws.
• Do not use product listings, images, or descriptions for unauthorized commercial purposes.
• Do not misrepresent your identity or the origin of content you submit (e.g., reviews or UGC).

AS-IS. The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will PHAEVERS or our officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to PHAEVERS for the product(s) at issue in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations; in those cases, the above may not fully apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Informal Resolution. Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us at customerservice@phaevers.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.

Arbitration. Except for small-claims matters or where prohibited by law, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration. You and PHAEVERS waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. The arbitration will be conducted by a reputable arbitration provider under its rules. The seat of arbitration will be Stafford, Virginia.

This clause is intended to be construed broadly. If any part is found unenforceable, the remainder will still apply to the fullest extent permitted.

We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted unless otherwise specified. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (e.g., updating the “Last updated” date or posting a notice on the Site). Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

• Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with pages referenced herein (including Shipping, Returns, and Privacy/Cookie pages), constitute the entire agreement between you and PHAEVERS regarding the Site.
