RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Return Instructions

1) Send an email to CUSTOMERSERVICE@PHAEVERS.com with a copy of your original purchase receipt. Make sure to include a brief explanation as to why you would like to make your return or refund. (Note: Credit and exchanges are available and must be detailed in your original email)

2) You will receive an email from us within 48 hours with all details and how to proceed with your return.

Returns:

 

CLOTHING IS CUSTOM MADE, SO THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR CLOTHING.  ALL SALES AS IS.

REFUNDS ON ANY ITEM WILL TAKE AT LEAST TEN (10) BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE TIME THE ITEM IS REFUNDED.

 

If you would like to return your PHAEVERS® Online Store purchase for any reason, you can return the item within 15 days of receipt for a full refund.  30 days for international sales.  We will not accept worn, used, washed, smells, dirt, residue, or other alterations products that alter the condition it left out facilities; nor provide a refund for said items.  Please see below for additional details:

 

1) If your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us directly at customerservice@phaevers.com with supporting photos, and a short description of the defect.  Our goals is to contact you within 48 hours of receiving your issue.

 

2) We can only accept returns for products that were purchased in the United States from the PHAEVERS® Online Store.  If you purchased one of our items from a different online store, or retail store; please refer to your receipt / invoice and contact that retailer.  They will help you with returning your item.

 

3) If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or color that we offer, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF CLOTHING WHICH THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS, please follow contact customerservice@phaevers.com and provide details on the exchange you would like to make.  You may purchase a new item you want immediate via the PHAEVERS.com Online store to ensure the item is in stock.  Your original purchase will be refunded when we receive your returned product.

 

4) Returns and/or exchanges cannot be made in person.  Please follow the return instructions.

 

5) Product must be returned unused in its original packaging.  Product(s) returned that are not in their original packaging and / or not in an unused condition will be subject to a fee of up to 25% of the original purchase price. 

 

6) We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected, lost or damaged shipments.  Return shipments should be sent with a tracking service; such as FedEx, UPS, United States Postal Service, etc…

 

7) Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.  If we sent you the wrong product by mistake, we will pay for your return shipping, and ship the correct product back to you free of charge.  Please include a note with your product highlighting what was the shipping error.

 

8) The amount refunded excludes any outbound shipping paid on the original purchase.

 

9) Refunds will be issued to the original payment card.  We will refund your card, as soon as, we approve the return.  Please note that refunds typically appear on credit card statements one full billing cycle from the return date.
