Hard choices are what life is made of. There are those who chose to spectate and give their opinions. However, the only opinion that matters it the person making the final call on the situation. Unless you have to live with the decision, opinions have little weight.
When you make a decision, make sure you can live with it. In leadership, you’ll find yourself alone. Your plate will be full. You’ll find yourself facing what others won’t want to have a hand in; unless it goes right. Make the call for the right reasons, and be prepared to live with them when the time comes.
