The colder it gets, the less you want to be out. You begin to slow down or rethink any plans that involve being outdoors. You want to stay warm in bed. You don’t want to get into that commute. You don’t want to workout out.
This is the time when your being tested. Whether the resolve in what you’re trying to accomplish is truly what you want to do, or was it just a nice idea that you had no intention of following through on. You’re looking in the mirror, and trying to climb that mountain; however, something is holding you back.
Take a hold of your day. Don’t melt in the face of distractions. Find a better path to get to where you want to be. Understand the difference between true roadblocks and the roadblocks that exist only in your mind. Find the resolve to reach your journey.
