Time to make a revision to what you’re already doing. No plan perfectly survives first contact with reality. There will be a point when you need to reassess that you’re doing, and if it is working. Without that, you will eventually find yourself off course. No different from looking at your map, or nowadays GPS (global positioning system) to see where you are headed, to make sure that piece of technology doesn’t have you going off of a cliff.
Yeah, GPSs are pretty accurate. However, if you’ve done a lot of driving to different places, you have or will experience a situation where the GPS will have you thinking there’s a road, when there’s not. Just like things life, the GPS needs to be updated every so often to ensure it’s taking you in the right direction.
Make sure plan is up to date, so you can make the most out of your efforts. Maybe you need a new plan for a variety of reasons: new information, new changes in circumstance, unforeseen occurrences. Make a plan, revise the plan, and keep moving.
